Here at CSPS we have a multitude of volunteering opportunities for families to choose from, we love seeing our parents and wider community working together and having fun. Contact your child’s teacher or the office to find out how to get involved in any of the opportunities listed below.

In the Classroom:

  • Garden Club (Lunchtimes)

  • Cooking Program

  • Literacy & Maths classroom support

  • Sports days, Interschool sports and Swimming program

  • Excursions & Camps

  • Perceptual Motor Program (PMP)

Outside the Classroom:

  • Class Representatives

  • School Council and/or SubCommittees (Finance, Buildings and Grounds, Fundraising and Community Engagement)

  • Make a Difference (MAD) Community Sustainability Team

  • The Fathering Project

Working with Children Check

Parent Volunteers are always welcomed and encouraged at Camberwell South Primary School. Whether it be popping in to your child's classroom or assisting on a school excursion or sports day, all volunteers are required by law to have a current Working with Children Check. 

If you have a current Working with Children Check please provide a copy to the office at your earliest convenience.
